a kde sú tie 160 a 57 MPIX fotky?

tu máš lepšie

to som videl
mňa zaujímalo tie čo v texte spomínajú lebo zavesené tu majú tak max 3mpx náhľady :)

Tie 160 Mpx LMC tam sú:

viď 16000 x 10000,
no 57 Mpx SMC nie, som im písal, teraz som dostal odpoveď, pracujú na náprave (nápis o 57 Mpx nateraz opravili a potom ho zmenia, keď aktualizujú aj obrázok):

Dear Rudolf:

You are correct about the SMC image size. This is the result of two different errors, which we are working to correct. A new image is being produced, but this will take roughly through the end of the month because the scientist who generated the final image is out of the country.

The “57 megapixel” figure actually refers to an image we did not use in the release, which included data from GALEX, another satellite. The scientists continued to apply this figure to the highest-resolution version of the SMC they provided to me, even after we determined that we did not want to issue an image with combined data. By coincidence, the area imaged by Swift, viewed at full resolution, should produce a roughly 60 megapixel image, so no one was tipped off by the change.

The second problem is related. One of the files used in generating the final SMC image actually referenced GALEX astrometry instead of Swift’s, and this resulted in the entire image being generated at 2-arcsecond resolution rather than its full 2.5-arcsecond resolution. I am told that when completed, the new version of the SMC will actually be around 60 megapixels.

In the meantime, we have changed the SVS caption to indicate that the SMC image there is actually 15 megapixels, and when we place the final SMC version there we will update it to whatever the final value is. At that time, we will also update any other released materials that require it.

We regret the error, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

On behalf of the Swift UVOT team,

Frank
